Found the problem with my truck and took care of it and asked me to come back in a few days and he will check it to be sure everything is ok. Great people.

This family-owned business values customer service and building relationships with customers and local businesses alike. They frequently assist local dealerships in problem solving with their clients. Price is MUCH better, and they have certified techs so you can rest assured your repair needs will be met (and at a lower price). The service advisor, Brian, is very knowledgeable about a lot of makes and models. He even knew more about my Ford issues than the sales advisor at a local Ford dealer! I also appreciate this business trying to help me get my current problems covered under factory warranty, though I’ll probably get the work done at Lake Sumter Transmissions for peace of mind, knowing it’ll get done right.

I just picked my truck up from here and I am very happy I chose them to replace my transmission, brown is the one who helped me out and kept me updated with what was going on. There ended up being more wrong with my truck then I originally thought but they worked with me throughout the whole thing I will definitely use them again and I 100% recommend them
