Very helpful, thorough and professional. Recently took our new to us vehicle for transmission service and oil change. I asked for a overall check on the truck and was pleased to see how thorough they were. This is the 4th vehicle our family and business has been there for repairs. Ive been taking my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Lake Sumter Transmission and Auto Repair in Leesburg since I moved here several years ago. Theyve never disappointed me and have kept my car running perfectly. Shes my only means of transportation and will remain so. You see, she belonged to my father. All of those at Lake Sumter are just about the friendliest, most professional people Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dan has been me service representative for quite awhile now and bends over backwards to make sure my car is running smoothly. He has never disappointed me and I can only imagine that finding parts for a thirty-one year old vehicle might not be the easiest thing in the world.

Efficient scheduling process, Knowledgeable staff, lots of photos and work notations beyond what I expected. I recommend them and would work with them again as necessary. I’m planning on bringing my other vehicle there for oil changes and regular maintenance because I trust them.

They laid out a plan of what I might want to consider addressing in the near term and longer term. Service Manager and Lead Mechanic give me the time of day to explain everything. Ive been coming here for years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. The workers are amazing sometimes I stop by just to say hello.
