Went there was changed 2300 problem still not fixed took car back they wanted 1800 went to Toyota of Orlando was fixed for less then 800 brought it to there attention nothing they were charging 800 an hour for labor even Toyota if Orlando said we got ripped off . Check other places before going there they should be ashamed of there self took all the money I had with no repair disgusting
The Owner of the vehicle brought it in for a shifting issue. However we could not drive the vehicle due to a cracked radiator from a prior accident, with leaking coolant we chose not to run the risk of further damage. The Owner at this time authorized these repairs and an AC Condenser to be replaced at the same time. After these repairs were completed, and several miles of test driving our technician was unable to duplicate the original shifting concern. We don't fix problems we can't duplicate. Approximately a month later he again brought the vehicle in for the shifting issue. Admittedly we did not follow our own procedures and missed the diagnoses, for that we apologize. When we miss, we own it. We are not happy with the Owner's last visit but we are glad that our customer received a 2nd opinion and is safely on the road. We appreciate your review, and bringing this to our attention. Bringing this mistake to our attention is a great reminder of the importance to follow our procedures and the importance of double checking ourselves.
