I recently had my transmission serviced at Lake Sumter Transmission in Leesburg, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thomas, the service advisor, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The technician, Bill, was also very kind and patient, and even took the time to explain a few things to me when I had questions about the service. It’s rare to find a shop where both the staff and technicians are so respectful and thorough. Overall, I received excellent service at a fair price, and I would definitely recommend Lake Sumter Transmission to anyone needing transmission work or vehicle service.

I want to thank Sumpter transmission for their brake Service on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata.With a complete full inspection and a full description of what was needed to be repaired and or replaced.Everything was so detailed and understandable. Also not to forget the front office staff. Everyone was so friendly and down to earth. They are the only place I service my 2004 Ford truck. They keep it going down the road for me. Always fair, honest, friendly and want you to come back. They take pride in their work. Hard to find that in the world today. I refer to them as my mechanic guys to everyone.
