I would avoid this place if I were you. I drove my classic truck to this location. I had a couple of stripped bolts on my transmission pan. There was nothing wrong with my transmission internally. Two years earlier, I added a shift kit and a cooler. I asked the manager if they could fix the leaking area by fixing the bolt threads. They said yes, but they had to charge me for a trans flush and service. I gave the ok and was charged $380. The leak was never fixed, and my transmission blew up less than 200 miles later. I was headed up north, and my trans blew all its fluid out on 1-75 near Gainesville. They never took any responsibility for their failed service and offered me nothing toward a transmission replacement. Beware, they are sketchy at best! They do not stand by their work or care about the customers' bottom line.
We are sorry that you had a problem with your vehicle, however I don't find your name in our recent customer base. Could this repair be under another name? How long ago was this done? Do you have any paperwork from us with a Repair Order number on it so that I may be able to find out what happened? I look forward to hearing from you so as to get to the bottom of this problem for both of us.
