WOW !!! HONEST!!!!!. And the Prices were reasonable. I was previously told I needed a new transmission or at least a hefty repair. Brian was our Advisor. He had us bring our car in for evaluation. They evaluated the car in less time than was originally estimated. They said the transmission was just fine. While the car was there I asked for an oil change and asked for them to check for any other problems. The oil change was done the next day and they discovered a dirty air filter which they replaced. They checked on successive days for a transmission leak. None was found either day. They could have sold me "a lot of stuff" that I did not need and soaked me for a lot of money. So HAPPY to find HONESTY and reasonable prices. They certainly earned a new customer (with three cars I might add). Len (02/09/2022).

You can take a short trip to NC...stay several nights in a nice hotel and enjoy the view of the Mountains and get your automotive needs taken care of...all that and it's still cheaper than this place...$1600....or $700...shop around.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate all of our customers views of our business, but I don't seem to find that we every gave you an estimate for any repairs ( we do keep records). I did click on your name and it looks like you are possibly a paid poster as you tend to give mostly bad reviews. We at Lake Sumter Transmissions have been in business in Leesburg for 40 plus years and have enjoyed a great reputation with our customer and the community. We stand behind our work with a nation wide warranty on all repairs. Lake Sumter Transmissions has a long standing and ongoing philosophy of supporting various charities with sponsorship and evolvement. If we are not the repair shop for you I do hope that you get the repairs that you need.
