They are definitely good honest people who won't sell you what you don't need.I was having transmission issues Turned out to be a Wiring and ignition issue they got me fixed and back on the road quickly I highly recommend this shop

Just bought used vehicle. Sumpter did a check out on it and did maintenance on the transmission and fixed a short in running lights wiring and identified an engine cylinder acting unusual. Very satisfied.

Transmission service and leak repairs. Not satisfied with lack of awareness on entering and exiting classic vehicle with greasy footwear in mats and carpet. Should have had floor covering (paper) on floor. Had to shampoo mat and carpet. Just received a call from the owner to apologize for the grease on mats. He also offered to clean the carpet. Excellent customer service!! Will definitely recommend.

Thank you Mr. Santos, we do apologize for the footprints on the carpet. We have paper mats, seat covers and steering wheel covers to use in customers vehicles. I have spoken with the service advisor and the tech that worked on your Buick and it was an unfortunate mistake. If we need to have the carpet cleaned further please reach out to us.

Fantastic is the best word to describe this business and the folks who work there. I had an emergency need for repair and was nearing the end of our vacation rental all at once. These folks took my truck in, repaired it and also steered me in the right direction to get a caliper replaced that I was unaware of was seizing up. Could have been a huge problem on the road back to Michigan. Special thanks to Ed and Randy. A-1 service.
