Very friendly staff, accommodating and very patient with me and my kids being there. Ed gave me an estimate on time and how long and explained everything very well and my van was very taken care of. They found the problem had a solution and she's running great! Thank you so much!

My wife and I are from Michigan. While we were visiting friends in The Villages, our transmission went out. Decided to take it to Lake Sumpter Transmission after reading great reviews. Ed and the team were fantastic. Leaving our car with a place we knew nothing about was worrisome, but they kept us informed through the entire process and we can't thank them enough!
