Had a hard shift. They replaced the torque converter solenoid. That solved the issue. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would be happy to do business with them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Had some custom work done on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and they went above and beyond. Did a re-gear and locking differentials on both front and rear. The techs knocked it out of the park. The Jeep runs great and is better than ever. Everything went exactly as Ed said it would. I recently took my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado to Lake Sumter Transmission to have the rear end gear ratio swapped from a 3.08 to 3.42 for towing reasons. And also to have a transmission service: filter and fluid change done. Ed was my service advisor and he was great to work with! He was friendly and kept me in the loop if there were any issues to work around. The turn around time was about a week. And they did the work for a very fair price! Not to mention they guarantee their transmission work for 3 years/ 36,000 miles! My truck is driving great and I'm very pleased with Lake Sumter Transmission! I highly recommend them! Thanks yall!
