I have taken my 2005 Lexus for several years. Every time, someone calls me to keep me informed about the progress, approximate costs, and estimated time of completion. Several years ago, I needed several things done to my aging car. Lexus quoted me $6,000+, a Toyota dealership, $4,000+, and LST did the work for around $2,500. They price their work fairly and do an excellent job completing the task. A few years ago, I was out of town on I75 when I experienced a problem with my car. I called them and described the issue. They correctly diagnosed it as an alternator that was failing and told me to get off the interstate quickly. I almost made it to a nearby Toyota dealership who collected my car from the parking lot closest to the interstate. Sadly, I was too far for LST to replace my alternator but, without their guidance, I would have had a dead car on the shoulder of I75. Just recently had some minor repairs on my 18 year-old Lexus and Brian recommended repairs I needed and told me of some that could wait until they were absolutely needed. I have never felt pressured to do more service from them and every service I have had, absolutely was done correctly. No issues after-the-fact. This is a GREAT place with friendly and knowledgeable people.
