I brought our recently purchased used 2018 Ford focus to have the transmission inspected and a service done. Because I knew there was somewhat of a history of potential problems with those transmissions. Thomas had his tech take a look and was pleased to report that of the two possible transmissions, mine was essentially a manual transmission, but with an automatic gear shift lever. There was no mandatory service to be done. Nothing was recommended until 100,000 miles. After the full inspection and the happy news, Thomas was pleased to report that I owed him NOTHING. He simply asked to just keep them in mind in the future. five stars for sure.

Great folks working there, all are kind, knowledgeable, customer oriented and above all HONEST. They never try to sell things you don't need, example - twice, two different services appointments I've asked them to check my brakes with respect to my mileage and both times they said I was good and told me percentage of wear left. I brought my truck in after having work done last year. They advised the parts were either bad or installed improperly. Either way they honored the warranty work no questions asked. They then went further and made sure nothing else was damaged due to the part issue, and then after everything was put back together they tested everything for any issues. I got my vehicle back running perfectly again. I live in Daytona Beach and will not take my vehicle anywhere else but Lake Sumter due to their honesty and Integrity and excellent service.
