The business and my experience fired on all cylinders. They took the uncertainty out of transmission work and made the most effective and honest recommendation. My car is now driving a lot smoother and I’ll definitely be coming back if anything else comes up. Highly recommend them!

This is the first time that I’ve used Lake Sumner transmission and auto repair so far they’ve been honest they did a good job changing my radiator. I have other work I need done in my car. I’m going to trust them with the rest. We’ll see how it goes so far so good.

Went in for a small leak. They went through all the issues I have with this truck and found the full valve was a bit loose. Tighten it up and the leak is gone. Will consider LS transmission for future work of which there is plenty.

Dan took my husband's F150 in and checked the complaint I had, looked it over completely. Serviced it with excellence, and I might add he was very friendly. Lake Sumter Transmission is not only for Transmission services, they are a total auto repair service. TDC

It was easy to make an appointment by phone although the first available appointment was about 2 1/2 weeks out. The diagnostic portion, though expensive, is very thorough as it covers the entire car or truck for possible repair needs. You may find out about other potential issues you were not aware of. The rebuild on the transmission took about two weeks but came in significantly less than the estimate. Their communication could be better during the repair process with updates but the most important part is, they were able to make the repair and get the car back on the road. Yes, we would definitely use them again for transportation work. Thanks LSTAR!
